📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist loan officers in processing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify necessary information for loan approvals.
• Utilize Carsome's internal systems and software, such as the Loan Processing System (LPS), to manage and track loan applications.
• Maintain and update customer records and loan application files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the branch manager and support teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to loan processing.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Carsome's internal systems and software, including the Loan Processing System (LPS).
