📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential disaster risks in the region.
• Developing and implementing disaster mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of natural disasters.
• Coordinating with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to ensure effective disaster preparedness and response.
• Creating detailed disaster risk maps using GIS and remote sensing data.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on disaster preparedness and response.
• Monitoring and evaluating disaster mitigation programs to ensure their effectiveness.
• Preparing and updating disaster response plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Providing technical support and guidance to local disaster management teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Environmental Science, Geography, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster mitigation and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Experience with remote sensing tools and data analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
• Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to disaster management.
• Certification in disaster management or a related field is a plus.
