📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
• Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer expectations.
• Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with Shopee’s features and best practices to enhance our e-commerce operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product promotions and special offers.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee’s policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Marketplace Administrator or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of Shopee’s platform and its features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
