📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Support the IT department in managing user accounts and access permissions.,Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.,Provide technical support to employees as needed.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and issues.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Support the IT department in managing and maintaining network infrastructure.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and technologies.,Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
