📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to operational staff to enhance their performance.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
