📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of QA engineers in developing and implementing automated testing solutions using tools like Selenium, Appium, and TestNG.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Design and execute test plans, including test cases, test scripts, and test data, to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in automation testing, and implement new technologies and tools as needed.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in Selenium, Appium, and TestNG.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide a team effectively.
• Certifications in ISTQB or other relevant testing qualifications are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and applications is a plus.
