📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on branch performance and sales trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
