Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the General Manager,Manage resources and budget to ensure efficient operations,Drive growth and expansion initiatives,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Represent the company in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role,Proven track record in strategic planning and execution,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
