QUILL Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Outlet Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our outlet and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for providing excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's daily operations, including inventory control and sales tracking.,Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.,Support the outlet manager in training and developing new staff members.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote the outlet's products and services to customers and potential customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kg.
