📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.,Support the recruitment team in managing the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
