Home Fresh Ekspansindo is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Jimbaran, Bali, and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and writing effective job descriptions.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels.,Screening and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
