Sentral Indra Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, and managing key relationships with clients and partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth,Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets,Manage key relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns,Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs,Lead and mentor junior business development staff,Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of the coffee industry and market trends,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
