📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.,Manage and maintain laboratory records and documentation.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record in leading and supervising lab teams.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid certification or license as a lab technician, if required by law.
