📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients, in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor and assess patient progress, and make recommendations for further treatment or intervention.,Educate and train junior nurses and other healthcare staff on best practices and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing unit's strategic plan.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or equivalent role in a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant professional body.
