📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.,Lead and supervise junior receptionists, providing guidance and support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest and visitor information.,Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a corporate or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
