Mart New Indonesia is looking for a Lead Security to oversee the security operations of our stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of our premises. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations of the stores, ensuring the safety of staff and customers.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect any potential security threats.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle any security situations.,Investigate and report any security incidents, taking appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all security-related activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the stores.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of security software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security license or certification.,Experience with CCTV and access control systems is a plus.
