New Village Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. As the Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, implementing and enforcing security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any potential security threats or incidents.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, accidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain and update security records and reports, including incident reports, access logs, and security audits.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, laws, and company policies.,Provide security support and assistance to other departments, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a security team.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security guard license or certification, preferably from a recognized security agency.,Ability to obtain and maintain a clean police clearance certificate.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
