📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
