📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Passionate about learning and development and committed to continuous professional growth.
