New Nest Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. This is a full-time position based in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.,Clean and maintain cooking equipment and utensils.,Follow all health and safety guidelines.,Assist the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to follow recipes and standards.,Willingness to work full-time and on weekends as required.
