📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow for production planning and inventory control.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data, and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles.,Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
