📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen workflow.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with culinary software and kitchen management systems.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
