📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Manage staff performance, training, and development.
• Monitor and control restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and food service laws.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure the success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food service laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field is preferred.
