Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security & Safety Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a leadership role that offers the opportunity to manage and oversee the security and safety operations of our luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security and safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.,Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.,Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to ensure a prompt and effective response to any security incidents.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their safety and well-being during their stay.,Monitor and manage access control systems and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the hotel premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and safety management in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and implementing effective security measures.,Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid security clearance and relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Security Supervisor, etc.) are a plus.
