Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Monitor and manage the company's budget and cash flow,Provide financial guidance and advice to management,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
