📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure cost accuracy.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and project timelines.,Maintain and update cost databases and estimation software.,Provide guidance and support to junior estimation staff.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment costs.,Proficiency in estimation software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
