📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
