Vibe Development is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Reservations Agent to join our team at the Vibe Hotel Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and processing hotel reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.,Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records and databases.,Handling inquiries and resolving guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.,Promoting the hotel's services and packages to increase occupancy and revenue.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reservations or front office role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing high volumes of reservations and providing excellent customer service.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including room types, rates, and availability.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including reservation systems and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
