📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Manage and train a team of employees to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store visibility.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
