As a Modern Market Sales Order Taker at Arta Boga Cemerlang, you'll be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our modern market locations. You'll work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, while also providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Promote our products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for basic data entry and analysis.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel between our modern market locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and the surrounding areas.
