📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable fashion and merchandise products.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in the fashion or retail industry, preferably 1-3 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
